About our prices:
*We list our resale prices as allowed and as authorized dealers.  Items we are not allowed to
price on the internet,  are quoted either by email or phone. All prices and offers are subject 
to change without written notice. **We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Pictures of our instruments:
We try our best to represent the true color of each instrument, but different computers will show the color
differently, especially on lacquer instruments.  Therefore, these pictures are for reference only. 

Stock and Backorders:
Although we try to maintain ample stock on all the products listed, sometimes due to brief  
manufacture backorders, or unexpected runs on particular products, we may occasionally have 
a shipping delay in your order. We will notify you after we receive your inquiry or order, as to 
any delays in processing your order.

Shipping:
Your ordered items will be shipped from Bangor, ME. 
We will not ship guitars or amplifiers other than UPS or FedEx. We will not ship ANY 
item without insurance.

Warrantees:
New items sold are warranted by the manufacture. However, in many cases, we will attempt to 
resolve a problem with you directly. Our Used guitars sold under a 9-10 condition come with a 
30 day limited warranty, unless otherwise specified in writing.  Our warranty covers that the guitar is in 
a condition represented by us when sold, and that no mechanical issues exist.  It does not cover things like; 
buyer changed his/her mind, you decided you wanted a different color, wife got mad, etc. Store credit within 
3 days from item receipt.  No cash refunds. All sales are final.  All items must be returned in the original 
condition it was shipped, original shipping box, and all manuals, along with other included paperwork. 
No cash refunds on layaways or deposits.

Freight damage and claims policy:
We depend on the shipping companies to deliver your products in acceptable condition.  Any 
damage to your product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Insurance claims are subject 
to the terms, conditions and policies of the respective freight companies.

 
Your order will not show any shipping amount.  We will add this onto your order, after we receive your order, and begin processing, and then confirm the total amount for your credit card charge. This is done because of the differences in shipping weight of products, and the various locations throughout the world were sending orders to.  For example; A seat sent to California will be more than a seat sent two states from us. We try our best to charge actual shipping.  Our products sold are our profit, not from shipping.
